Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart has always reminded me of a put-upon German Shepherd the way his eyebrows quirk.
Unfortunately real life ate me for a few days and ye olde fountain pen dried out. Once I realized it was going to be dry and scratchy tonight, I just went with it and started experimenting with loose thin scritchy strokes.
